In order to ensure a quality training program for the participants the regulations require Midpoint and Final Evaluations to be completed. Mid point Evaluations are to be done by both the intern/trainee and the supervisor with signatures from both parties. Final Evaluations are completed individually; an intern/trainee version and an employer version are available.

For training programs of less than 6 months only the Final Evaluation is required. All other programs are required to complete a Midpoint Evaluation and a Final Evaluation.
