Don't Struggle in Silence
As an international student who integrates two cultures as you study at UMD, you face many stresses that can affect your academic performance and your mental wellbeing.
Being far away from family and your traditional support systems is especially difficult when you are managing a difficult time or there is a crisis in your home country. ISSS reminds you that you don’t need to struggle in silence.
In an emergency, dial 911/988.
