Elsa Fraser

Elsa joined the Education Abroad team in January 2024 and leads the Operations Team, overseeing finances and operations for global learning programming. Before joining the University of Maryland, Elsa worked both in the non-profit as well as the for-profit sectors in the language industry. Elsa is a French/English bilingual, being born, raised and educated in France, received her B.A. in Spanish/Latin American Studies from the Université Charles de Gaulle Lille 3, spending one year of university in Monterrey, Mexico. She also earned an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

On her time off, Elsa enjoys learning about other cultures, whether is through traveling, reading or cooking cuisines from all over the world.
