The Roshan Institute for Persian Studies Elahé Mir-Djalali Speaker Series invites you to a screening of Hamdardi (2023), a short film in which an immigration official struggles with his role in the system after meeting a young Iranian brother and sister detained during the travel ban. The screening will be followed by a virtual Q&A with Director Tabatabai.
